Throughout my career, I’ve not only been an entrepreneur, I’ve have had the privilege of working with others as a consultant to bring their visions to life. My role in each project varied and ranged from being present during the pre-opening phase to assist with vendor relations, management hiring, team building, and cost analysis, to providing support and refinement to established operations.
