I brought my love for fine food and wine to a new level by opening a boutique wine specialty deli and pizzeria. I was eager to showcase my passion for cheese and freshly made meals, with deli cases filled with tempting treats. However, I soon discovered that my customers loved the beautiful ambiance of the space so much that they didn't want to take their food to go. Always the intrepid entrepreneur, I pivoted from take out to full sit-down restaurant that became a local favorite. Bleu Gourmet was very dear to many people and, even today, I still get approached by old regulars who reminisce about the good times they had there (and ask me for recipes).
